The Hotel is located in a silent are, at 200 meters from the beach and from the historical centre of the small town of San Terenzo, which is dominated by the Genoese castle (1360).
The XVII century church contains a painting of the Fiasella (1629), going toward Lerici you will meet the magnificent Villa Marigola, where Sem Benelli composed the “Supper of the Pranks” and where many famous people stayed.
Moreover villa Magni remembers Percy Bysshe Shelley, who stayed there and tragically dead in July 1822, been shipwrecked in the sea in storm in front of Viareggio, while it was returning to Livorno on board of a small yacht.
